For domestic orders, if a package has yet to be delivered and there are no further tracking updates available, a package will be considered lost after a period of no less than 4 weeks from the original ship date. If we deem a package to be lost, we reserve the right to discuss compensation options with the customer, as deemed appropriate by the situation.

For orders that receive a successful delivery scan, we require written confirmation from USPS that the package was lost in order to provide a refund or replacement.

Return Policy — Returns are not accepted on any opened merchandise, items must be in new/unopened condition to qualify for a return. If you purchased a sealed item, you may return it up to 10 days from the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect any/all returns to ensure they meet the conditions listed above. If an item is returned to us and deemed to be opened or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item.
